You should be able to toggle your Banshee's Veil shield on or off. It'll have a 1 sec delay before you can switch it on/off again to prevent it from being quickly turned back off when a spell you'd rather be hit by is shot at you.

Toggled Banshee's will help prevent situations like this:

You could say that's just counter play, but in reality, if anyone has a dispensable spell they can easily hit you with, Banshee's passive becomes useless, especially with its 40 sec cooldown that resets if you're damaged. And besides, with the 1 sec delay before you can switch it again, you could still do this. If you're one of those people who have problems using items in combat, just keep it toggled on, and it'll work like how it does now.

Fk no, just be smart & aware of dodging unnecessary spells even with Banshee, instead of standing proud in front of the team and thinking you can activate whatever spells you want to block when enemies focuses you.

This means that basically you can activate it when you most prefer, like an enhanced QSS..

Nope, thanks. This item is meant to be that way, you are meant to dodge and enemy team must take the hassle to pop it.
