Dont get me wrong. for the most part theyre REALLY balanced but I dont ever see why you would want any of the top half heroes over any of the on the bottom half. Instead of gimping ADC's down to thier level I think they should be brought up and thier strengths should be accentuated more....
Personally Ive noticed that Right click heros feel sorta crappy this preaseason.
In old season a 6 slotted carry could crit for about 700-1k this season it feels like at the MAX my right clicks are hitting for 700
I think this may be due to the huge changes on armor pen and Last Whisper.
