The land where APC are still playable, tanks could work, and fighters still smash adc's like in good old times.
Forget "Summoners testing fields"here things does not change, we are enjoying our intensive and stable meta since 2011, there is no massive dota-like snowball and every champion (expect 
of course hehe) is playable!

Nasus can work bottom lane so long as the game goes long enough.
The only champions I really cringe when I see are Bard, Draven, Aatrox, and Thresh.
Aside from a few champs that have mechanics that totally sabotage them, there are very few bad picks on Dominion.
Just bad team comps.
(Yes, building all ADCs isn't that great of an idea on this map where Assassin abound.)

Dominion is actually rather marksman unfriendly (not that this is a bad thing). The strongest champs are often champions that can either get to and stick to an immobile champ like a marksman or just plain explode squishies like a marksman. I couldn't tell you the number of times I've seen a team of three or more marksman just get utterly steamrolled in a Dominion game because the enemy team picked a 
. Of they facechecked a bush with a 
in it. Or they think the turret keeps them safe from a 
or 
.
The only half decent marksman I've seen so far is 
since her new ult allows her to speed around the map backdooring. The problem with that is Quinn isn't a strong duelist anymore without her blind, and if she's caught she can't escape with her ult. If you're going to run around and backcap, do it with a champion that can stand and fight whoever comes to stop them 
, or someone who can run off at the first sign of trouble 
. Quinn generally can't do either one of those.
tl;dr Marksmen may be strong on the Rift right now, but don't assume that means they'll kick ass in Dominion because of that.
The ADCs that I've seen the most success with on Dominion are Ezreal, Vayne, Graves, and Koggy (build him like a Juggernaut. Seriously) Special mention goes to Cait and her ability to totally dominate bottom lane.
The worst ADC is Draven. Sorry Draven.
