Nami's "Ebb and Flow" is toxic and needs a rework

Mindless point and click heal and harass tool. Point and click! Goes against Riot's design philosophy like Soraka's existence.

Sticks out like a sore thumb in a kit otherwise composed of skill shots and difficult abilities. Rework the ability in question so it is a skill shot that hits the first champion or minion you point the cursor at.
