Active for Bramble/Thorn

My issue with Bramble/Thorn is that in a lot of cases the GW can be ignored by either 1) ignoring the user (who is typically a tank, happens a lot) and going for other targets or 2) by using spells and not auto'ing until the end of the trade (mostly a laning thing w/ champs like Rene).

So here's an idea:

UNIQUE Active - Thornburst (dumb name) - Damage enemies around you for [current thorns damage] and apply grievous wounds to enemies hit for 3s/5s (Bramble/Thorn). (10s cooldown)

Super low damage active, the entire purpose is just to apply GW. Not trying to increase burst damage here.
