Warrior. Devourer got nerfed hard for ranged champions because they need to attack 4 times for the proc

On the other hand, her AD ratios are't particularly good and she really likes AS because of her passive.

item 3722 i wondered if the gray one would be best sense wolf targets enemy jungle monsters,,, to stack passive

i dont jungle. but ehh

Dreadlocks1 votes

Its capped at 6 stacks so no unfortunately..

Good point.. xD

I'll try kindred in jungle, I really like her as a champion, but im a bad jungler.. I'm more of an ADC main.. so I was hoping that kindred being like an adc but created for jungle.. she might help my

"Inability to jungle"

She seems very utility focused given her skill-set and low scalings.. A good way of putting it would be like a "support" jungler. If that makes sense.

Mimy1 votes

Im a secondary support main.. :3 So I could get into that!

Ive been playing Soraka because im so hype for her.. xD

Yeah i'm no expert, but from what i played and what i saw cowsep doing. You basically wana keep your carries alive with your slow/ult, and shred their tanks that are diving you guys. A decent example build be something like this.

item 3709 item 3153 item 3071 item 3111item 3190item 3742 Ofc other defensive items are options such as item 3143 item 3065 (good for the ult heal i'd imagine)

But yeah this is just my opinion i could be wrong as hell though. lol

i'll give this and a few others a try! :)

I wish pbe wasnt down again lol, the last 2 times ive tried to log on i couldn't because its down. Sadface**

Mimy1 votes

I has PBE but I don't like to go on it too much. its very lonely.. :(

Pluss I like working on my live account because it's the "Real" account..

I played kindred on it and i remember 1 shotting the bots at the end of my custom game..

then I tried to 1v3 and.. it didnt work out as well xD

Dreadlocks1 votes

Yeah i couldn't make a bot game because it wanted like 3 ppl in my game minimum due to server overload or some shit. I havnt tested her full damage. Maybe some day, it seems like it COULD work with her ult u can just stay alive and auto ppl as much as possible before you die. And people might play her that way, Lee Sin is built as a bruiser, but every once in awhile ill play him full AD as do others. I think she's going to be more of a bruiser personally. We'll have to see.

Mimy1 votes

3 people minimum in a custom? that's weird. There shouldn't be that many people on PBE.. o-o

Dreadlocks1 votes

It was the first day she hit PBE so im not surprised lol.

Mimy2 votes

OH the first day.. That... explains everything!

Dreadlocks1 votes

Okay so i'm on the PBE now messing around with her in a custom, it seems ive overlooked something important. CDR and MS are very important on her for stacking her W passive. And get a lot of Qs off.

Do you think item 3022 could work as a replacement foritem 3143?

Dreadlocks1 votes

If you dont need the armor, reduced crit, or 4 second AoE slow, yes. The health is good, the slow is strong and you get a bit more damage. The problem many have with mallet is this: "If a champion needs mallet to be good, then the champion isn't good" This is what a lot of high elo players say. And it honestly makes sense. But yeah man I love the item and i'm sure it'd be a decent pick up, I havnt tested it, but i wonder if your Q will apply the slow to all 3 targets. (it should, but i'd have to test or sm1 else who has can inform us)

So yes, situationally you could, just don't consider it core. <3

Dreadlocks1 votes

Okay i just tested mallet, the Q which fires 3 shots out does NOT apply mallet.

darn it I wished it worked, I would've also tested it but I don't have a pbe account yet

This build might not be the BEST build, I think she could get away with an attack speed/CDR build to utilize W and Q

Dreadlocks1 votes

Well i've only played her on PBE once and i vs'd another Kindred, I went cinderhulk, he went devourer, and i won the 1v1... Idk if devourer is worth it on ranged champions anymore its hard to say. Last i checked (and things might have changed given how often pbe updates) her scalings were really low. She scales well with attack speed and thats about the only thing at the time that was worth building if you wanted to build offensively. Which makes devourer sound appealing right.. but they made it so her passive doesn't synergize with devourer (if i remember correctly) and you are better off building her tanky.

Given how up in the air she is right now being on pbe, its hard to say cuz numbers can change, thus influencing builds. At the time i played her and judging by http://leagueoflegends.wikia.com/wiki/Kindred her AD numbers are still low. I think being a "middle man" is her play style, ulting her back line and shredding the enemy front liners with botrk/cleaver, then having your other items keep you tanky enough to do that job.

TL;DR Warrior or Devourer, Hard to say, because I thought cinderhulk was a decent choice too. lol Ultimately i'd pick warrior for the armor pen and CDR, sounds more useful to her early game which is pretty decent.

I'd say devourer just for their passive.

item 3710 is now just better than item 3707 for all champs. most cost efficiency on buy and lategame relevance.

Gotta remember, when Kindred comes out, Devourer on ranged champs is 4 hits to activate.

Depends on how big a hit the nerf to being ranged with Devourer is in practice. While she doesn't have very good scalings, autos always scale 1:1 (Except Kalista) with AD and the armor pen is good for their base damage.

Warrior is probably the way to go I think given what info I have available to me. Kindred doesn't scale very well in the late game except with their passive so buying an item that improves their early game so they can get stacks of their passive quickly to snowball will probably be their best bet.

Meep Man1 votes

Devourer is still the better choice even with the Ranged nerf. Her AD Ratios are pretty pitiful and she relies on her passive to scale into late game really. Plus, she builds Bork and her passive gives percent health damage, so that can be some big bursts of damage when doubled. She also likes the attack speed more.

Mathlete8641 votes

Obviously devourer. Passive damage is doubled and attack speed is good for getting E stacks.

Mirage Seraph1 votes

Even without the phantom hit Devourer is just better. Once you have bork + 7.5% damage on your passive you'll just shred people in seconds.
