Singed: The Freelo Champion people have forgotten

Now, before anyone tries to elo bash me, I have no issues facing Singed, I know the lane matchup, and I'm not low elo. I know simplistic champions like Singed, or nasus, when someone complains they are just spouting off low elo nonsense, but I believe if any other champion currently had Singed Massive winrate they would immediately be nerfed.

If we look at the stats, right now, he's by far the strongest top laner (with a 56% winrate and 3% pickrate), and this is in spite of his hardest counters being meta (the likes of lulu, janna, and other mobile hyper carries like tristana). Multiple singed one tricks are climbing severly higher than they were pre-rework (singed420 going from plat 4 to challenger in all but a month) and his platrate has also increased by about two percent.

I don't know about you all, but this screams blantantly over tuned, and the only reason he hasn't been seeing traction lately is because he has a very specific playstyle unique to him and him alone. I fully expect him to be pick ban in a patch or two.

TL:DR Learn singed while the gettings good. I promise you he is on the level of janna right now, and will be getting nerfed after his hard counters are nerfed.

Singed was a fine and viable champion with a steep learning curve before they changed him.

The problem isn't that singed is OP it's that they made him braindead easy to play. His stacking passive mechanic(up to 25 times) is one of the worst ideas that Riot has ever come up with. They also changed around all of his items at the same time (righteous glory, abyssal mask etc) and that kind of pushed him over the top.
