You max E second for the armor pen anyway. Besides, with a Cleaver and Spirit visage, it should be fine.

An unwarrented buff adding power where it is not needed. I could see if they nerfed his Q but they instead buffed it WITH buffing his w for no reason. I love how they nerfed gragas waveclear because it was to efficient, but now darius gets whole wave cleared from 1 Q and 1 item.
