Solution for the 99LP problem
Can we have overage LP?
like lets say I normally get 20LP a game. Instead of playing a game for 1LP could i get my other 19 LP if i win promos?
Would that be a healthy change?

Im pretty sure the argument that the devs would use against that is
"You will be at a higher tier and be playing against better opponents so your lp shouldn't overflow from when you were playing with weaker opponents"
Even though mmr is really what determines who we play with / against.
Your solution is fine but devs might atleast prefer a middle ground where you only gain 50% of the over flow. (rounded down)
Example, instead of playing a game for 1 lp you could get your additional 9 lp if you win promos. (rather than 19)
Speaking of overage, doesn't that already help for when you lose promos? And doesn't it already go over if you win all of your promos?
Or just remove the Promo system entirely.
So 99 ->19LP in one win.
I dont see a problem with it, to be honest though, I got 99 problems and LP ain't one.
Your mmr is still boosted by the win. so win the series and you'll keep a decent LP gain for the next rank
