Why Aren't All Ultimates 100 Mana?

Unless Riot hasn't updated the champion pages, there are several champions with either above or below 100 mana. Some of them scale up, and others down. Just curious.

Some ults are more powerful while some aren't as powerful

Well also cool down times are different for example blitz can use his ults pretty quickly from one another while others have to wait 100 seconds or more. Plus everything everyone else already said lol.

Because they think it's hilarious when Ori can't ult because only 100 mana left.

Quinn's scales down because the mana cost is really only there to put some control on how often she can roam and snowball. Corki's is low because it's supposed to be like a normal ability for poke and Triforce procs. Karthus scales up because it's a very strong ultimate not that it really matters since you build lots of mana anyway or use it when you're dead. Not sure why Vi's scales up, was probably just a side effect of her getting nerfed some years ago.

That's interesting. I was wondering if some ultimates needed to be changed to 100. Vi might be one of them.
