@Riot Matchmaking This Terrible and Bots! Bots! Bots! Bots!

I have played two games this morning and I had one bot in and another in a separate game. I have not seen a bot in YEARS. All of a sudden bots are coming out of the woodworks. Do you not have a handle on this situation anymore? I actually quit the game in season 3 for many months because of the inflammation of bots that you refused to take care of. I had a Leona bot and Amumu bot my last two games. Explain to me how these two players are still playing the game and are not being detected by your system? Look at their match history. It's a bot.

Also, why is a level 30 player with a decent understanding of the game being matched with a level 12 Warwick with no keystone mastery and who dies 4 times in the jg to mobs? You explain this to me.
