Ragnarok makes Olaf immune to Poppy's peel, while Reckless Swing cuts right through her resistances. He can also trade favorably in lane with her using Undertow and Vicious Strikes.

And she has more counters than just Olaf; I'm just citing him as one way you can counterpick her.

His E does true damage, and his R ignores her R and e wall stun.. not too impressive as olaf is a counter to almost ALL champions with heavy cc and build armor..

Besides, a smart Poppy will be able to dance around a smart Olaf with her Q.

I listed Olaf because he's able to ignore Poppy's peel attempts, while the ones you cited above don't become immune to Poppy's ult or charge.

Darius into poppy is really awful for poppy. Poppy has no way of dealing with darius or even farming safely against him. She either dies or sits under her turret all game. It's that bad.
