The Janna Conumdrum

Some people don't like how W max Janna does too much damage and bullies lane phase. But on the other hand, if Janna does not have any power in lane she will go back to being a non interactive shield bit, which people also don't like. And if both shielding and poking power are taken away, then Janna will feel awful to play as.

So to the people who think Janna is overbearing in lane, how would you want heat fixed in a way that doesn't feel like shit to the Janna players.
