His damage is through the roof, can do 1000 + true damage even as full tank, seriously strong, all they did was take away some ms from his q.

Wrong.

He can do true damage to ONE target. Easy to play around. If you're the villain, you know who he will be going for. He lost tenacity on W, so cc works much better. Lost 20% bonus mr and armor, gained flat 30 of both that he has to farm up once he has maxed his W (last spell) so that gives less than the bonus would late game. His silence was cut by a second, movement speed buff cut, base movement speed cut, and spin does less damage if many targets hit.

He just does more damage to one individual player and with all these changes its easy to keep him off.
