@Meddler: Ideas on how to buff jungle Fiddlesticks without affecting lane
Fiddle needs some sorts of interactions for his abilities with jungle monsters to help him out in the new season. Here's a few I can think of; note that they're not mutually exclusive/inclusive, so they don't depend on each other.
1. If Dark Wind's first target is a jungle monster, its cooldown is reduced by X. Helps Fiddle with camps like Raptors with the downside of potentially overtaxing his mana.
2. For each unique jungle monster that Dark Wind hits, its base cooldown is reduced by 1. This variation of the above change would be more suitable if you don't want him spamming Dark Wind against buff camps or epic monsters, but still want him to smack up those Raptors. Note that since it reduces base cooldown, it scales with CDR.
3. When cast on a jungle monster, Drain restores part of its cost over the duration of the drain.
80-120 mana cost is nasty even when Fiddle has a completed jungle item and
.
4. Terrifying jungle monsters causes them to take X% increased damage from Fiddlesticks for Y seconds. You never have a reason to use Terrify on jungle monsters because it just wastes mana. This would give you a reason. Note that this wouldn't work on epic monsters since they're immune to Fear.
Would any of these work? I think they'd be more helpful than just number changes.
