So about Ekko...how do I put it...
Skirmishers, for the most part, work with high, relatively consistent damage at melee ranges, right? They're basically like melee-form adcs, more or less, and consist of champs like Yasuo, Jax, Fiora, and Master Yi. Attack speed and/or Damage junkies that are light on the armor and aim for late-game power. It's a pretty solid way to describe most skirmishers and their general "thing" thing in this game.
Now, skirmishers in this game have had issues with being too strong when going tank. Yi, Yasuo, and Fiora all did it. Whenever Riot wanted them to stop going tank, what did they do? First, they nerfed the items...but after that, they nerfed them by decreasing their early game strength, since these guys are meant to scale.
Tying this into Ekko: Since Ekko's a skirmisher that's having issues with preffing tank builds over squishier builds, why haven't we tied more of his identity to scalings yet like we've done/are doing to the others? Side note: They're doing this to tank Yasuo next...wtf when's Ekko's turn? Making his ult deal more with the scaling and less with the base is probably going to make him rush a RoA...THEN go tank. It needs a bigger shove. -_-
