What? You probably got your ass handed to you by a Xin to say that... I'd say he's really balanced compared to before. All his power used to be in his auto-attacks, they shifted that away from his AA into his new W.

I used to think Xin was cancer and hated playing against him, and now i actually shrug whenever i see him.

Edit: You played Eve vs Xin, what did you expect? Eve is garbage right now. Plus if he killed you, it means you probably tried to trade with him, which is a huge mistake, even if you land charm.
