Seriously its gotten to that point. Riot has yet to say a word on why they ignored virtually everyone in PBE and released such a broken champ.

Name one other champ that can solo baron/towers with 2 items.

its really that bad.

he does need nerfs, or rageblade does. but he can't solo baron with 2 items or take down a tower while taking agro with 2 items

ap/attack speed runes/masteries

2 ap/attack speed items.

or sated + rageblade = soloed baroon.
