Luden's Echo Proc

I know this is a very fringe thing, but could we get Luden's Echo to proc on Ezreal's, Miss Fortune's, and Gangplank's Qs. If Ekko get's to have it proc on his basic attack modifying ability, these three should get it too. I know that they aren't your typical AP champs, but it'd nonetheless a fun little nod to AP Ez and AP GP, kinda the same way MF got a boost to her AP Ratio for her Q way back when.
