Well, after about a week, I think I can safely say the jungle rework has failed

Riot said they wanted to make the jungle tougher in order to diminish the power of early ganks and gankers. However, after people have gotten used to the new jungle the old pattern is returning with heavy and early ganks winning the game. The sacrifice of not being able to clear the jungle as efficiently has done nothing to weaken this. All they have to is forgo farming their jungle in favor of camping lanes and they'll win in the long run.
