This one goes out to you ragers.

Like...stop it. Seriously. Stop arguing in team chat. Stop flaming in all chat. Stop spamming pings. Stop suicide running into mid lane. Stop making our odds of winning worse by typing responses when enemies are pushing down towers right in front you.

A short back-n-forth is one thing. Carrying on an argument when the majority of your team is begging you to stop is outright absurd, and it shows just how badly you can throw a game by raging instead of actually trying to salvage a win. Seriously, why does NO ONE use the dang mute button when it's needed the freaking most?

After going through a horrible experience because two dudes just had to at it with each other, I had to bring this up. Hopefully someone out there will realize they do this and be a little more self conscious about it in future instances. It's not worth throwing your whole team under the bus just to insult someone for a few minutes.

as long as idiot teammates cause the entire team to lose a game, people will rage. i will rage. i am so sick of losing because bad teammates. lost yet another promotion series because of bad teammates. if people weren't so f'ing retarded, people wouldn't rage.

won game 1

lost game 2 because hecarim told team to go fight and keep them busy while he teleported to their base and took out 2 inhibs. i pointed out that there were no wards or minions, what was he going to teleport to? soon realizing the flaw in his plan, instead of joining the fight, he RUNS ALL THE WAY TO THEIR BASE FROM OUR BASE and kills one inhib while the enemy team kills us, takes all 3 inhibs/turrets both nexus turrets, and the nexus. one person lost the game.

lost game 3 cho'gath feeds annie to hell, warwick feeds everyone, yasuo feeds top lane. then warwick afks from game when we finally look like there might be a chance.

so yes, i will rage

So lemme get this straight:

The time and energy you could spend trying to create picks, ward for vision, farm, defend objectives, take objectives, ping people that are in danger of getting picked, group for fights, or even so much as pay attention to what's going on in general...you'd rather spend writing colorful insults to your own team mate? It's this type of crap that throws games to begin with. Stop being a part of problem.

That's actually my biggest issue with this community as a whole. Players know it's toxic as hell, yet the purposefully continue on doing the very things this community's infamous for. Some people may play bad one day or another. Some people are bad, period. There's nothing to be gained from berating your team in the middle of the match, so why do it? To the VERY least, wait until the game's done before being an asshole so you can be an asshole to that person instead of your whole team.

people shouldn't have to deal with bad players in ranked games. that's what match making is for. you should be able to expect teammates be of a similar ability.

But, to take the spotlight of rage off of the original target for the rager and place myself there, All the time, Why not? Why not support and help a teammate to maybe have a better game if I can redirect the rager onto/ towards me? I will Big Brother/Big Sister help out anywhere I can, because I am never knowing how old some people are, or at which level they are And:

I detest Social Bullying in ANY Form, classification, style, mannerisms, skills, attitudes, actions, or behaviors!!!!!!!

But, I agree, why instigate a rage inside of a game ever? Why initiate a negative attitude with rage onto fellow teammates, when I always report the behaviors, and when I report, I report myself where needs be if I analyze with my Degree in the speech communication process anywhere I might have been wrong.

Copied from what I originally shared in a post up above. I will comment as much as possible to help aid in the review of the game, which I always report wherever there is social chat bullying down grading the team moral into negative attitude realm of toxic online video gaming atmosphere. Yeah, you're not justified at all. Some people just suck at the game, and that's not something worth raging at ever. Ever failed at something? Ever lost a game at chess? DId someone just randomly scream at you, despite the fact that nothing, not your career, your life, or relationships are at risk other than some number on a screen and your ranking?

And calling people retarded because they're bad at a video game?

Now that's just pathetic.

Try playing PvE if you can't develop basic social skills.

losing a game of chess would be something i was directly responsible for, not something caused by a retarded teammate.

Dude. Just don't bother with this. Everyone will rage at some point at another. Someone makes bad plays and screws up on purpose, and then refuses to surrender because he thinks we will come back... damn straight I'm going to be irate with the individual.

The point is to hopefully convince people that, more often than not, they should try to keep their calm and work with what they have. People can give a lead early, only to come back harder in the late game and win. It's better to have a shot than to blow it by pissing off someone that's just gonna piss you off with a response.

I just had a game where our adc was pretty bad (he was a Riven main anyway) and kept making questionable plays that got him killed (I was supporting him). I caught our Nasus on multiple occasions trying to tell him off, and I had to shut that down on each occasion. The adc was overall outdone by the enemy adc, but we still won. Everyone's focus was on winning, not replying to insults.

If it was possible to play at 100% efficiency while berating people, I wouldn't be typing this. It just hurts your chances when you're getting caught up in arguments...so why bother doing it to begin with?

Wrong! At least for me in my opinion!

I will never mute teammates ever, because I would never know if anything were to be a threat or danger to anyone in real life, and the chat would be the closest thing to save their life if their cell phone was out of minutes or broken, and the line line phone was disrupted. My cell phone if they were to chat would be available to help call emergency life support.

Also, I will not ignore teammates, as goes to team work, and team communication! From: FuryofThornsRedo

Standing up for teammates in all aspects of the game where they might have been raged upon or targeted, might always be answered to help them stop, because team moral is zero while the rage person continues while they are ignored. Most of the time at about 95% when I have explained where their intelligence is taking their rage, they usually back off. However, I only chat reply back most of the time when traveling from recall heal, or a more convenient time if chatting ever.

Though agree here too: Games without rage sorts of chat behaviors ruining the atmosphere of a healthy game with a positive online video game attitude are the best games to play.
