No one below Diamond even knows how to play Zed properly.
The buff is only really going to make match-ups like 
a bit tougher and only at a higher level where people can play the lane properly. It still stops him going in and getting out instantly.

Killing people doesn't seem to hard on Zed, it's the out play and jukes that he can do are difficult. That's what I've noticed.
Marthian1 votesI've played in Silver/Gold and that simply isn't the case in my MMR. Seen way too many Zed players go in absurdly quick, wombo combo, go out, and watch adc explode.
(Not even sure what the joke is of Silver/Gold being as bad as bronze, I constantly end up in matches with/against competent players that will brutally punish any mistake you make.)
