I've been playing for a few years now, and I've still never seen twitch mechanics that I would say are "good". In my experience, if a Twitch player wins, it's never been because he carried. He's slow, doesn't have gap closers or hard cc, doesn't have a disengage unless he still has his stealth up, which takes several seconds while being damaged, and his passive is the smallest true damage source in the game.

He is still the ONLY champion in the game who can HIT TOWERS OUTSIDE OF THEIR ATTACK RANGE via his ult, which doesnt sound so great but at late game, you can destroy a tower in 2-3 seconds without ever taking damage
