It was meant for AD assassins all along, and AD assassins didn't really need the attack speed. Happy to see the change, if only it means ADCs will stop building it.

They didn't want ADCs buying it, so they removed the attack speed.

It still works perfectly fine on AD Assassins (who were the intended target anyways).

assassins and fighters need it way more guys... imagine a j4,riven or any other ad champion that has AD as it main focus.They need the AS on an AD heavy item
