I'm glad he never gets fotm due to his squishiness requiring a lot of practice to work around properly.
He also has some hard counters, unlike other terribly broken champions. E.G. Janna.
On another note, I'm not amused that Lux is getting form once again, that close to unavoidable poke...

hes not fine. late game his ulti is digusting, dont tell me to ward or anything, im in solo queue and if my stupid team is forcing a baron the fiddle shoudltn be able to kill EVERYONE and be in a stasis at the same time. atleast allow us to be able to kill him while hes in ulti so that he cant zhonyas in it. if he doesnt zzhonyas during his ulti, there is COUNTERPLAY. why do we have so much counterplay for zed but fiddle has nothing vs him? wards? wow yea wards will help with his long ranged ulti flash fear.
Grand Eleven2 votesIf he's in stasis from Zhonya.... walk away. Heck once you see Fidd has Zhonya in his inventory that should be your default answer for his ult .... walk away. He doesn't exactly move quick.

ModKnightsKemplar1 votesA good fiddle should be able to kill your whole team in Baron pit, especially if he got fed. Fiddlesticks has many meaningful weaknesses to prevent him from getting that point.
If he needs number changes to bring him back into balance, fine. But his kit isn't inherently OP like you seem to suggest.

Matthevv1 votesAs a high elo, I think fiddle is fine atm. His silence can be situationally oppressive but it is not all the time. As for his fear, it is nowhere near as ridiculous as it used to be. Now it makes you run away from fiddle instead of possibly towards him and it is no longer a 3 second duration.

because walking the opposite way is what stops the enemy team from gangbanging you.

His main forms of damage are channeled, meaning if you get caught with crowd control, you will be put to no use except for his E which is a fairly counterable move since you only have to stand by a wave of minions to counter it. Finally, his passive only provides him extra damage and some use if he is entirely shut down by a raging initiator tank on the enemy team. So, in short...
Fiddlesticks can destroy any unorganized group of new players, but once you learn the mechanics of the game, you will quickly realize how easily counterable he is by simply throwing a stun on him.

- His main sources of damage are all channeled and can be avoided by simply walking away from him
- His fear does nothing but fear and while it is a very effective form of crowd control, it's duration can be reduced by 35%, down to 1.45 seconds at max rank. This can be further reduced if you have the Tenacious mastery.
- His only non-channeled form of damage is an overall unreliable form of damage unless you are a master at calculating bounces. It is also nearly useless if the target is alone.

Or, you can just make him blow his fear... You just have to be smarter than the enemy. He's obviously pretty easily countered if you know how to, or else we'd see him so much more in the higher ranked play, or at least see him banned more often.
