There are some AP champs that have to constantly use abilities to dish out damage decent damage to champions. Cassiopeia has to constantly use Q and E on tanks to actually do damage. Adaptive helm which will impact Karthus and Cass much more than many other AP champions

Karthus literally has to Q Q Q Q and keep E active to do damage. Cass too
Kilanost2 votesThe only champions that will actually feel this are the AP champions that get played top lane. The main place you will see this is tanks. Any mid or supp main looking at this saying OMG my champion is dead is over reacting.
