Can we get a champion which bans items ?

Would be interesting and something Riot hasnt done yet

Edit: Consunables cannot be banned, banning component of an item doesnt make you unable to buy a bigger item

You gotta think about the big picture.

ban long sword almost every AD champ is useless

ban amp tome almost every AP champ is useless

ban cloth armor/null magic mantle almost every tank is useless

Unless you only mean top-tier items but I still think it would be quite a bit too strong in certain metas or against certain comps/champs.

It kinda seems cool in concept but then in practice it'd be kindaaaa eh
