Here are some backup for the video, http://www.nerfplz.com/2015/07/2015-champion-tier-list-solo-queue_25.html I don't think they will get nerfed because they haven't been on LCS yet except annie but she is usually seen as a support even though her winrate in the lcs is above 50%. One thing that Jeremy wants to point out. Burst Mage has no counterplay. Burst Mage are easier than traditional assassins. Targeted crowd control or High range. They do have some weakness. No chase potential. Relies on positioning mistake. Here are some Burst Mage: Annie, Lux, Ahri, Viktor.

they always have been. just a bit more conducive for it now. remember ziggs season 3.
release zyra hadquite some burst to her. lux also has pretty big payload. syndra too same for xerath if you're good with skill shots
