Strange, you don't have any games with Sejuani. I'm sure though you have plenty with your other diamond account.
And Sejuani IS nerfed. Her early clear is slighly nerfed but her ganking potential got gutted. Her E cd changes are only relevant at lvl13 where she is ALLOWED to max her E.

I don't play her in the jungle, I play her in top lane, where I don't have a "clear time." No need for your sarcastic expression for disagreeing with me. It sounds childish and demeaning. I'd be more open to your thoughts if you tried to sound non confrontational.

And while you are at it, give her either a) a shorter CD on her Q when hitting champs/minions or b)reduced mana when hitting champs/minions
