Minion ghosting duration was lengthened
Does anyone have a link to a video of the pros using strategy that made this happen? I’ve never heard of it before and figured it’d be really hard to do.

It isn't hard to do at all actually and sets up for extremely easy lane management from the outset, especially in a meta of level 2 jungle ganks.
It's still possible to do with Ornn/anivia/trundle level 1 with their terrain, but other than ornn is impractical since it removes their trading tool level 1.
