Vayne should not be allowed to lifesteal off true damage....

Like clearly is Riot Blind or something or what? Gragas nerfed cuz of LCS. Azir Nerfed cuz of LCS. Remember one of the dumb riot employee said something about well when a champion winrate is 40% his winrate in higher elo is 55%. How about Vayne constantly having the highest winrate of all adc in all division? She is even played in LCS, yet I don't see any nerf. She does Base true damage + % true damage every 3rd attack. She has no weak early game because any support work with her.... All she has to do is wait for jungler or wait for support tanking the damage soo she can destroy the ADc and support. She can peel herself and has a ridiculously retarded stun duration. I'm asking myself, How in the world can't you not see that? The community and pro players are pointing at riot about Vayne yet riot still fails to see it.

I just hope that Youtubers that are currently investigating about Riot right now should clear up things.
