I think the Tahm Kench buffs will put him way over the edge

Yes, they are indeed aimed towards a Supporty Tahm Kench, but as a jungler with Sated Devourer, Tahm Kench is a powerhouse bruiser.

Sated Devourer and then full tank/tanky AP makes him incredibly powerful. But people are still figuring out how to ideally play/build him. I'd prefer we don't end up with another Ryze crisis once people realize his power
