75 ad 5%'s 10 armor pen 25% execute damage 2 seconds after your first aa after cooldown (unknown cd) >3000 (prob 3500)

Ok so this proposed item looks really unsatisfying and very limiting to potential item builds.

1)the limited control is high counterpart but given how weak the effect is it feels worse to get the cool down baited than it does to get a good proc.

  1. 75 ad (scales better with armor pen or attack speed because stacking pure ad is not optimal)

10 armor pen (flat pen is the only stat besides cdr that scales with itself and because of the nature of how armor scales promotes stacking flat pen)

25% execute (scales with ad armor pen and all damage multiplier for burst damage however because of the stats on this item armor pen is clearly optimal.

Between precision mastery as well as the way armor double reduces the effectiveness of the execute this item BECOMES A FLAT PEN ARMS RACE and FORCES ASSASINS INTO MORE LIMITED BUILDS which is contrary to the objective of this item

There is some good stuff like the utility of 5% ms and the idea behind the nightfall passive however the item is not well balanced YET

here is an example build in which you should explore the idea of balancing the ratio between ad and nightfall passive to keep the overall slot efficiency similar but make it scale better with different offensive stats so the item isn't optimal or complete garbage based off of the state of armor pen.

45 ad 40% execute nightfall (I propose 20-25 s cd) 7% 's 10 armor pen

3500

Dirk plus "New ad version of aether wisp"

With a large completion cost as a premium to make it clear to other classes that it is not for base damage.

Now just modify the ratio between a an nightfall a well as modify the passive CD for usability and you have a fair and fun item that scales with more than one stat and has similar slot effeciency with the added bonus of an ad me item for less raw damage and more macro positioning utility

Don't let the 40% execute intimidate you this has a lot of counterpart fair ramp up time and if it is an important part of the item feels more satisfying for then User with Bigger highs and lows

realisticly what the passive does is increase your total damage output by 25%

lets say i play pantheon and i combo you from full hp and walk away, you take an extra 25% of the damage i just dealt to you.

since the activation time of nightfall is 2 seconds, it leaves you 2 seconds to dump all your damage and every damage you deal after 2 seconds is not amplified by nightfall. this means it favors champions who can deal all their damage in under 2 seconds and include at least one auto attack in their combo and whose attack is not always an all-in.

i can see this item on zed, talon and rengar aswell as on renekton and i feel like for the first two champions it would be the optimal item with everything they want and literally no wasted stat point.

generally i think its a very stupid design idea

40% missing health is a rank 3 garen ult. the 25% are really pretty good.

ad assassins want a ton of ad mixed with armor pen to further amplify their spells. so 75 ad is really pretty good aswell.
