Is Tahm Kench a failure?

It seems like he had the worst release out of any recent champion releases, I literally see nobody playing him and the people who do play him have no idea what to do with him. I know everyone has been trying different play styles for him but a lot of them rarely work out, I get what Riot was trying to do with his kit and I do like the fact that he can swallow allies to save them from death or when he swallows an enemy to secure a kill. It just seems like he is missing something, I'm not sure what though, I don't know if he just lacks damage or if he lacks defense but it seems like he is definitely missing something because he didn't have nearly the impact or presence that Braum or Bard had during their release.

i see alot who play him, and he is strong. he stacks health and defensive items, and because of his kit he has good dmg and incredible durability.

the reason is riot is retarded and keep putting out useless complex champions. i mean why the fuck do you need so much shit in a champ's kit?

Bard was bad on release too, so much so that he had to get buffed in numerous patches. I honestly think Tahm would be played more if he could solo lane effectively. I also think his kit is a it of a minomer and requires a lot of faith when he's played as support.

Tahm isn't a failure. He's actually a really good champion to play with, and a worthy opponent to play against (in my experience.) I've personally never played him, but he's defiantly no failure. If anything, Bard is the failure. hehe

I played a match against a Tahm player at top lane once... shit was so annoying... He'd stun me, eat me, slow me, heal up all the damage I threw at him
