Can We Give Tristana More Attack Speed Per Level?

Her attack speed per level is awful and I think the worst among all the ADCs (1.5%). I get that she has an ability that increases her attack speed, but it is on a 20 second cooldown and only a 30% increase for 5 seconds until lvl 8-13. I don't think I have ever gotten a full stack E on someone during laning phase in all of the Tristana games I have played because of how horrendous her attack speed is. She is the third lowest winrate ADC right now and I feel like her attack speed is the best area to buff her. Thoughts?

the only buff tristana needs is that and decrease her Q cd. thats really all she needs.

Making her q have a cd of 16 seconds instead of 20/19/18/17/16 would also work.

making her Q cd 14/13/12/11/10 would be fantastic.

i might be exaggerating. but idk shes doing bad right now and lowering a cd for an ability that other champions have better version off isn't really a bad idea.

she doesn't have any syndergy with items. like mf can build black cleaver. lucian can get bunch of cdr. some adcs get runnans. she doesn't have any synergy with any items shes the most plain adc in the game. barebones adc. which isn't bad its just that shes weak while she should be strong because you know shes well rounded

She has the highest attack speed steroid in the game, but her early game and mid game are horrendous. She feels super awful to play until you get two items.

which nobody maxes early. I mean other champs don't really have that much of weaker versions off. but what I mean by better. is that they always have some sort of other utility attacked to it not simply just an as steroid

Actually just checked and im wrong she doesnt even have the highest attack speed steroid in the game. I still think her Q cooldown needs to be reduced or her attack speed per level increased.
