If you pick Wukong and your W button doesn't break or you play Nocturne and your R button doesn't break you win the game. This is literally the "skill" expression these champions have right now. Glad to see Greg "Ghostidiot" street working real hard to make the game fun and balanced!

Wukong/Yi/Noc wasn't noticed last year and now after all of this damage got busted out, they came at the top. Most of assassins and divers right now are broken.

Yi and Noc have been getting both direct and indirect buffs over the seasons. Especially Yi.

Assuming a 55%-ish win rate for those champions, we either have to assume that 45% of the players playing them break their W/R with frequency or that OP was exaggerating and GladiatorOrphan's comment was not an hyperbole in itself, but rather a reflection of the initial one.
Seriously, tho OP's post is really shitty in the way of bringing up discussion aside from "TOO STRONK NURF NOW!!11"
