No apparent Kog'Maw Buffs
Meddler said Kalista would receive a buff in 7.1 so it is safe to assume Kog'Maw wont be looked at any time soon.
Stay salty, my friends.

If BoRK is getting buffed like on PBE, Kog won't need buffs.
My favorite thing about /gameplay is when people comment on topics of champions that they've never played. Kog'Maw doesn't solely rely on BoRK. Do you know how any of Kog'Maw abilities work or how they scale? I have roughly 800 games played on Kog'Maw and about 500 are in ranked. Don't comment on my post without knowing what you're talking about.

What the actual fuck....
LOL. Yeah compare my knowledge to that one game. We won that game anyway.
How does Kalista potentially receiving a buff negate the chance for Kog to get one? How does that follow? Is there some rule saying only one shitty champion can get a buff per patch or something?
Hell, Meddler spefically they may buff multiple weak AD carries. Plural. Given that he has specifically noted that Kog was not doing well, that kind of implies Kog might get help. Maybe he won't, but Kalista's status really has nothing to do with that.
Meddler has talked about Kalista several times over the last 3 months. Sure, she is problematic in the sense of her kit but the items she uses aren't necessarily bad. People in high elo can still make use of her with a good support which is the reason why she has a higher play rate than Kog. Kog'Maw has had an apparent problem with the synergy of his abilities and the synergy of the items he has to get. Does he buy Triforce or does he build Crit? None of which he can use his abilities since they scale with AP (besides ULT which is already complete garbage). Anyway, Meddler has only spoken once about Kog'Maw and simply said that "we'll take a look at him at the end of the year". This year? Next year? Who knows. There is so little dialogue about Kog that no one actually knows. This is why I assume nothing is going to be done.

That and everything else you followed up with only deals with why Kalista might get changes. It says nothing about Kog

That isn't really true, given that he's been spoken about twice in the past week alone if you look at reddit, but if it was true, then that would be a reason to think he might not get changes. However, once again, that has nothing to do with Kalista. Even if Kalista was getting no changes, Kog's situation would be exactly the same.
I still see nothing in your paragraph to justify why you think Kalista getting changes has any relationship with Kog not getting changes. They look like two completely unrelated issues that have literally nothing to do with each other. What's the connection?
I mean, look at it from a logical standpoint. You have two premises, which I will label A and B.
A: Kalista is getting changes.
B. Kog is not getting changes.
You've concluded that A causes B, but I don't see why you think that. Your post only justifed the existence of A and B as separate points, but you didn't explain why you think A causes B. I want you to explain these two points are connected.
PBE has buffs to both Rageblade and Blade of the Ruined King, two items Kog'Maw really synergizes with.
Rageblade gets flat-out +25% AS. Blade has its damage increased from 6% current HP to 8% current HP (translated into max HP, that's 3% max HP instead of 2.3%).
