bring back Taric Sion targeted stuns, they were necessary evils. ( Rammus Fiddlesticks long but not forgotten 3s duration)

make CC worthwhile again, make people worry about buying tenacity or not to manage the enemy leona/naut.

You know how assassins are supposed to be great at choosing targets and killing them?

That might be why. Though I'm confused which assassin has targeting.

Because Point and Click is demeaning to the game for things that aren't ultimate abilities. I'm really curious what assassin has a point and clock, targeted ability that equates to the old versions of some of your listed champs old CC
