15-14=1. 1=/=2 Syndra is up 1 lvl, not 2.
Kai'sa has both a Death's Dance, and a Null-magic mantel.
Syndra misses everything there is to miss. Both Qs, her W and her E. (Both the damage and the stun) And only has 5 balls down for her ult.

If we are being completely truthful here,

Kai'Sa isn't technically underleveled considering she has been in a duo lane for the first 15 minutes of the game, harming her experience growth
Kai'Sa is a little overtuned, and Riot has noticed this and have been hitting her with nerfs
Kai'Sa did play this fight very well

Every adc are overtuned. Hell even Jhin rageblade is banned from LCK.

Rageblade Jhin has NOTHING to do with anything any other ADC is or is not guilty of lol.

Rageblade Jhin is Riot not thinking with the insane amount of resources they had. They created a champ who scales off AS, Crit and AD and created an item that multiplies 2 of those 3 stats, which then multiplies with itself due to his passive. There's literally NO other example of this, so Jhin's got nothing to do with this clip or this subject.

Other ADCs have cheap af crit items as part of their issues. Every ADC is not overtuned, their items are. A couple of ADCs are too strong, separately of the above. Kai'sa is one of them.

while i want to agree with the op... i dont even feel that was why syndra lost she didn't stun Kaisa or hit her with a W your not going to kill a full health target with a mere 4 sphere ulti and 1 Q you need at LEAST 5 and TWO abilties

a 7 sphere might 1 shot a squishy with no other abilities landing sure, but a 4 sphere and a single Q? there was no way in hell she was going to die to that

Syndra played that horribly, that would never kill anyone, adc or not

the only ability it looks like syndra landed was an ult. That's not an "adcs op" problem, that's a "if you don't land skillshots, you don't deal damage" problem.

Syndra uses 1 ability and then ult... Also do note Syndra is weak right now and Kai'Sa is literally the best ADC in the game.

That syndra missed every thing but her point & click ult lmao. If syndra had hit ONE Q>E stun combo Or W>E combo before ult kaisa would have been dead, syndra misplayed and kaisa outplayed.

It's Kai'Sa, she has a massive shield on her R. Any other ADC would of died, this is quite a poor example of the point you were trying to make.

Fun fact - Syndra ult landed 80% of its orbs before Kai'sa even pressed R. What does her ult have to do with this clip if it wasn't used to block the majority of the damage she would take?
