Should a level 5 Janna be able to solo a dragon?

So I was just screwing around with Janna in the practice tool.

I needed:

red buff
2 uses of smite
A level 5 janna in the jungle

Was able to solo a red dragon at around 10 minutes. Somehow this just feels wrong.

But how long did that take?

And it's better to judge the situation with 1 smite. It's very rare you use smite twice on the drake as you either have 1 charge, or the enemy are near so you want to save it to last hit.

I guess 3 fully charged Qs and a little extra time.

45+ seconds?(12 cd + 3 seconds of charging time x 3 uses + a little extra time)

I used to be able to solo drake at level 3 on pre-rework XinZhao with just item 1041 and item 2003 .

It didn't even take that long but then again I'm way too good at this game, hehe xd.

I mean, anything is possible with any champion given the appropriate minmaxing.

Warwick can do it lvl 2. Lvl 5 with 2 smites and some items & potions isn't that special. item 3715 does 31 damage on hit(25 on hit +1 tick of the 30 per 5 life drain) and item 1043 does an extra 15 damage on hit. plus 2 ~400 smites, so 800 true damage.
