Riot you forgot one buff to rageable to make it good again

The main problems with rageblade is A. 15 on hit is nothing, at least make the damage scale with stats B. takes too long to ramp up

they need to give 2 stacks to melee. i will still not buy it even with 25% attack speed. its too fucking expensive for what it gives. even old rageblade fell off late game because it wasn't that easy to stack in team fights
