I don't even know why Tenacity exist in this game.
Most usless stat in this game. Will you ever nerf hard cc? Or make Tenacity viable tho. Down vote this topic like they downgraded possibility to counter hard crowd control effects. plez

Legit the only ways you buff Tenacity (without changing its underlying mechanics) are by increasing the amount on its sources, or by increasing the total amount of hard cc so that it has more things to reduce.
