Can we all agree that whoever added the damage reduction on PD should be placed on desk duty?

How does a designer get to getaway with this? And how does a Senior lead even let this happen? Assassins are supposed to have a trade off between tankyness and dps, but with item 3053 item 3812 item 3046 that's right out the window. They get best of both worlds.

PD was designed as a duelist enhancing item and FM already got nerfed?

PD needs a more meaningful interaction. Right now it's a point-and-click personal exhaust.

It should be a shield or something that builds up from a % of damage on-hit, or a flat shield amount on-attack. Sort of like item 3072 Passive but you don't need to overheal.
