Does Xin have really good scaling HP?

no, it is probably still not worth it to get the green enchantment unless you are going full tank, in which case sota would be fine

part of the thing is that Xin's healing from attack speed likely gives him better defense than the little bit of extra hp you'd be getting. If you go full tank he's just kindof a really slow slower guy.. who may eventually knock someone up some attack speed and % hp damage is probably better for him than going full tank for survivability but I guess I could be wrong. But if youre going to go full tank at least get some CDR

You right. I did go wit's end for attackspeed and Mr against their extremely ap heavy team, along with a GA. Worked since we were ahead and I wanted to end early.
