New Wukong changes would be interesting...

PASSIVE: Stone Skin "4 / 6 / 8 bonus armor and magic resistance for each visible nearby enemy champion" Very little gold value. Wukong's passive comes from Sun Wukong's lore "a monkey born from a stone".

Just buff it so it isn't complete dog shit in 1v1 and in the entire first half of the game. There are too many variations of changes that can be made to this passive, so I wont even try giving out an idea for it anymore.

W: Decoy " invisibility for 1.5 seconds and leaves behind a decoy"

This is a great ability, I just wished it did something more. Here is a quote from the real Wukong lore: "He knows spells to command wind, part water, conjure protective circles against demons, and freeze humans, demons, and gods alike." I think the following should be added to this ability: "All non-champion targets hit by the clone are stunned for 1.5 seconds."

This change allows Wu to have a more efficient capability in [technically] his own environment, the jungle. I never understood why a monkey was never chosen to become an effective champion in the jungle. Wukong is only viable top lane, and even there he has a hard time.

SKIN Another quote from the real Sun Wukong's lore: "Wukong defeats the dragons of the four seas in battle and forces them to give him a golden chain mail shirt, a phoenix-feather cap, and cloud-walking boots."

Dragon Slayer Wukong? Why not? It is in the real Wukong's lore.

It's funny to think that Wukong wasn't changed in any way since season 4. lol And here we have fiora, who gets nerfed and then buffed twice in the span of a month, just because she wasn't in every game anymore. Wukong is my fav champ, but playing him top lane is just torture.

I agree. I actually learned hwo to play Wukong watching Allorim streams like 2-3 years ago. Allorim was or is a challenger player and he used to main Wukong but he felt the same way, that playing Wukong is just torture so he gave up on playing him. I feel the same way after playing him as a one trick pony since S5, and having 800k mastery point on him.

yep, I watch that neckbeard also :) it's also stupid for me because I don't like playing anything else on top lane, so I'm a support main for the last 2 season... getting tired of it now, constantly thinking of just starting to spam him again, but darius/fiora/galio/gragas/etc. are stopping me from that shit.

Wukong has a 53% win rate in plat right now. If anything he needs nerfs.

2% pickrate though. He has a high winrate because only wukong mains play him. Same thing with Galio's 54% winrate pre-rework. He didn't have a high winrate because he was strong, he had it because only Galio mains who knew his intricacies played him

He only becomes strong if items that suit him got buffed. Without the (still ridiculous) Duskblade he'd be dogshit, just like he has been for the last few years. And he only has a handful of decent matchups, most toplanes shit on him easily.

Wukong needs a buff, and Duskblade needs a nerf. As a Wukong main I feel it shouldn't work with invisibility. Just with fog of war/bushes, so Wukong can't procc it several times during a decently long fight.

Don't.Touch.My.Monkey. He is in perfect state right now, and any buff or nerf will break him

its a lie... Wukong jungle is totaly viable. Not the best, but definitly viable.

For how competitive this game is, there isn't much reason to take Wukong JG over any other JG champions. Heck, there really isn't even a smart reason to play him top over other options either.

And ??? what u say now and what i was saying isn't related. Wukong jungle is viable, if its viable at my plat elo, there no reason to no work in gold.

And yeah there no reason to pick Wukong at any post over other other pick unless u are an otp. But most of Wukong players are otp. And yeah he definitly need a rework.

Yeah you can play him JG, but it sucks. You can fall behind very easy, and once you do it is very difficult to come back. Its just not a very good pick honestly. Every blue moon I play it though.

But u can say this for all Wu (for top, mid & jng).

His kit is just weird. Stone Skin and hjs R make him a teamfight champion, but Q, W and E make him an assassin. I'd either rework his passive into something noticeable that encourages him to teamfight, or one that gives him better assassination tools.
