QoL Request for Zyra: Make Passive fire from all ability slots pre-6

It's bothered me for a while that Zyra's passive skill shot can only be triggered by abilities that she's leveled up. As someone who, for personal comfort, typically fires off her passive with the same button I use for my Ultimate, I've occasionally missed hits with it when I die at level 5, and thus press a button that does nothing instead of one that fires off the thorn I was expecting.

I think it would be a great QoL tweak for Zyra if her passive immediately filled all her abilities with the active, rather than just the abilities that she has already leveled up. It's also (I hope) a fairly easy tweak to make, and wouldn't actually increase her power level -- just her usability.
