So I am pretty opposed to having an item that costs 75g make an ivis champs ability 100% useless. So why not make an actual Item?

Green Florecent Bomb

Price: 3500g, Range: 750, Radius 500, Cooldown: 120 seconds.

Builds out of

100 AP 250 Health 250 Mana 10% CDR

Unique Passive: Each minion killed grants Green Florecent Bomb an additional 0.25 AP to a max of + 20 AP

Unique Active: Throw down a Florecent Bomb in a targetted area to reveal INVISIBLE and Camoflagued Units.

I personally don't see an issue with stealth. The changes riot made to stealth made it far healthier from both sides. The secret that people forget is that you can still hit champs that are invisible and it shows their silhouette. With this they have a level of counter now, playing champions with AOE's is the best choice but skillshots are good as well. All in all I don't think an item is really necessary to fight stealth champions, plus you still have sweeping lens if all else fails.

Lastly camo champs are pretty easy to deal with now since you just have to be near them for you to see them and Invis champs only get between 1-3 seconds on average of invisibility at a time.
