Ban Picks and Champion Select

Since the institution of Dynamic Queue, we've seen many types of players, many types of champ and role picks and many.... MANY types of trolls.

From trolls that pick our selected champs, to those who purposefully ban them. From the "MLG" players who sneak in their pick that millisecond before the time is up, to the players who want to rush.

The most peculiar thing I've seen is insta-locking a ban of a weak champion purely so no one on their team can play them. I've seen this a lot with the release of Taliyah who is underpowered and still got that "new baby smell", if you will.

Saying nothing of the champion Taliyah herself (take that elsewhere, please), do you find it a good idea, or viable, to ban champions that are better known for their weak kits than those who may be seen as overpowered and cheap to play?
