Sylas W healing part should increase with his lvl, not skill lvl

Sylas W heal as of right now is by far the biggest complaint people have about him and for good reason. Maxing it first in lane makes him ridiculously powerful in duel, to the point where at lvl 5 he outscales other duelists in their own game.

With that said, I do not believe he needs an outright nerf either. Just a shift in power to make the skill fairer to deal with. So my idea would be to shift the growth to be based on his level rather than the skill level. Like that, he doesn't have the literally biggest heal in the game by lvl 5 (Not even overexaggerating sadly)

Riot is sorta doing that on PBE. They are reducing the base damage and increasing the AP ratio so it is weaker early game and stronger or as strong late game.

? He can never outduel darius for one, and illaoi is also incredibly hard for him.

If he plays his heal right sure, he's pretty much unkillable in his own right, but in terms of lane oppression he's hardly up there.

Hell I can play nasus into him and basically free farm all day in diamond.

Other than that I agree with the general idea that he could use a power shift away from healing and into probably his Q to be honest.

Eh, maybe more on his passive than his Q if I had to make a suggestion. He's gonna be weaving passive autos between spells, and the scaling isn't that impressive even with high ap.
