Do the jungle items need an overhaul?

Last season we had some really broken jungle items, but now we have a lot of meh items.

Bloodrazor - really not good. It's okay on some of the AS junglers, but it's not Devourer and really is missing something to make it worthwhile. Awful on Shyvanna and you could buy non-jungling items and get the same effects or better with most AS junglers.

Cinderhulk - Was better before and is probably the best option now for most junglers.

Warrior - It has never been anything special and all of the armor pen items left it in the dirt. It's usable, just not special.

Echoes - Haven't seen a ton of complaints about it, but I don't use AP junglers much.

It feels like nothing short of a big pre-season overhaul would fix things. Just feels like we are going to be in a circle of Broken item > crappy item > meh item.

They're all balanced and fine right now.

Cinderhulk is just a weaker version of sunfire cape, (possibly stronger because %hp)

Runic is a weaker ludens (when it was as strong as luden even skarner and udyr were abusing it)

Warrior is just an AD item with CDR (all assassins want is some AD, and CDR, they're happy with that)

Bloodrazor makes junglers stop afk farming forever while still giving good stats and passive of recurve.

I wouldn't say shyvana, yi, or anybody are weak right now.. are they as strong as they used to be? No, but thank god as they were utter nightmares when sated and the cheaper guinsoos were around. Its nice that they're finally "either snowball or lose" instead of "stall to 20 minutes and win".
